How Can We Help?
Do I Need To Be Home?
Not at all. Let us know how to get in (secret spot, under the mat, with the neighbor, etc.) and we'll take it from there. Preferably, we do recommend you to be there at the end of the cleaning for a walkthrough, if possible.
What Is Your Guarantee?
100% Satisfaction Guarantee or we'll come back for free. Let us know immediately if there is an issue. If we can't reasonably satisfy your needs we'll give you a refund (partial-full depending on situation). Does not extend past 24 hours of your cleaning.
Will you lock me into a long-term contract?
No Contract. Cancel whenever you wish.
What Do You Not Do?
Post Construction. Biohazard cleans. Aftermath cleans. We reserve the right to not perform tasks that can hurt our cleaner. Reaching high places, climbing ladders, moving heavy furniture, etc. If you have a need for tasks you may think are hazardous let us know beforehand to see if we can safely perform them.
Who Provides Supplies?
We bring all tools and supplies necessary to make your home shiny. For areas of priority it helps greatly to show us pictures that way we can come prepared with special tools/liquids. Alternatively, you can provide supplies as well.
How Am I Charged?
A hold is placed on your CC/Account two days before the cleaning to verify your card and to ensure there aren't any issues that may arise with your bank. This is not a charge but for certain banks it may look like one. You will be charged only upon completion of the cleaning.
Do I Have To Stick To a Strict Schedule For Recurrings?
Not at all. Let us know if you'd like to reschedule. At most, let us know the day before the cleaning. Same day cancellations is $50 and if we are on the way its 50% of the total. (Can be waived for emergencies)
Who Will Do The Cleaning?
An In-House Trained, Background Checked, Fully-Equipped, Highly Skilled, Punctual, NYC Cleaning Specialist, will arrive at your home. (Note- We are very punctual but the MTA is not! This is why we have 1 HR Arrival times to try to make up for traveling surprises.)
